Immigorithm Consults

About Us

Immigration Work Needs More Than Good Writing.

Immigorithm Consults was built around a simple idea: strong immigration work should be researched carefully, written clearly, and organized properly.

We focus on achievement-based U.S. immigration matters, including EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1A, RFEs, NOIDs, petition reviews, supporting documents, and research.

What the Name Means

Immigorithm combines immigration and algorithm. The name reflects how we work: not by forcing every case into the same template, but by using a clear system to understand the evidence, research what matters, build the argument, review the work, and improve it.

Technology supports the process. Human judgment stays at the center of the work.

How Immigorithm works

How We Work

We start with the evidence.

We first understand the career, the documents, the achievements, and the gaps. The writing comes after that.

We research what needs support.

Claims about awards, publications, media outlets, memberships, salaries, national importance, industry impact, and other evidence often need independent support. We look for it.

We write for clarity.

A petition can be detailed without being difficult to read. We keep the structure clear and connect the evidence directly to the point being made.

We do not force every case into the same model.

A researcher, founder, marketer, architect, engineer, executive, and creative professional may all need very different evidence. We build around the field and the actual career.

We review before we finish.

We check for weak claims, missing support, contradictions, repetition, poor structure, and evidence that has not been properly explained.

Our Standard

Do the research. Understand the evidence. Make the argument clear. Remove what does not help. Check the work again.
