Clear Boundaries, Clear Support
Immigorithm provides research, writing, and document preparation support — not legal representation before USCIS.
About Immigorithm
Immigorithm provides research, writing, document preparation, petition review, evidence development, and related support for achievement-based U.S. immigration matters including EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1A, RFEs, NOIDs, supporting documents, evidence research, and support for immigration attorneys and law firms.
No. Immigorithm Consults is not a U.S. law firm and does not provide legal representation before USCIS.
No.
No. Our services are limited to the research, writing, document preparation, review, and other support described in the agreed service scope. Clients who require legal advice or representation should work with a qualified U.S. immigration attorney.
Yes. We can work directly with immigration attorneys and law firms on research, drafting, evidence development, petition review, supporting documents, RFEs, NOIDs, and related assignments.
EB-1A
No.
No. The complete evidence must still satisfy the applicable extraordinary-ability standard.
No. Publications may be useful for some professional profiles but are not a universal requirement for every EB-1A case.
No. Citation evidence can be useful for research-heavy profiles, but EB-1A is not limited to academics or researchers.
EB-1A is not limited to academic careers. The relevant evidence depends on the person's field and professional record.
EB-2 NIW
The proposed endeavor describes the specific work the person intends to advance in the United States. It is generally more specific than simply stating a profession or job title.
The NIW analysis considers: (1) whether the proposed endeavor has substantial merit and national importance; (2) whether the person is well positioned to advance it; and (3) whether, on balance, it would benefit the United States to waive the job offer and labor certification requirements.
Not necessarily. The analysis focuses on the specific proposed endeavor and its prospective impact.
No. The evidence depends on the person's field, record, and proposed endeavor.
Yes, where included in the service selected.
Evidence Research
We can research independent evidence relating to legitimate claims already connected to the professional record. We do not create achievements or manufacture evidence.
Yes. Research Support is available as a standalone service depending on the assignment.

Pricing & Payment
Pricing depends on the service and scope. Current starting prices are listed on the Services & Pricing page where applicable.
Faster-delivery options may be available for certain services depending on capacity, complexity, and the documents provided.
If the agreed scope remains the same, the agreed fee applies. If the requested work materially changes, we discuss the new scope and any fee change before proceeding.
Yes. The scope, deliverables, fee, and other applicable terms are confirmed before work begins.
Profile Assessment
It is a structured review of the professional record and available evidence. Depending on the category, we identify potentially relevant criteria or prongs, strengths, weaknesses, evidence gaps, documentation gaps, research needs, and recommended next steps.
No. No assessment or petition service can guarantee a USCIS outcome.
We can assess the evidence and explain what the current record appears to support within the scope of our document-preparation and research services. A final immigration determination is made by USCIS.
Results
No. No responsible immigration service provider can guarantee how USCIS will decide a case.
No. Writing cannot replace missing achievements or evidence. Our role is to help ensure that the available evidence is researched, organized, explained, and presented clearly within the agreed service.
RFE & NOID
Yes.
Yes.
We will generally need the complete USCIS notice, the original petition or filing, evidence previously submitted, any new evidence available, the response deadline, and any response draft already prepared.
No. We begin with the notice and identify the specific issues that need to be addressed.
RFE and NOID matters are time-sensitive. Contacting us earlier gives more time to review the record and determine the scope of work.
Timelines
Timelines depend on the service selected, complexity, volume of documents, research required, responsiveness, revision needs, and current capacity. The expected delivery window will be confirmed before work begins.
The project timeline generally begins after the required payment has been received and we have the documents and information needed to begin the agreed work.
